The ScriptcheckWA – Management Portal contains personal information of patients and may only be accessed by authorised staff of the Department of Health.

When accessing and using a patient's personal information contained on the ScriptcheckWA – Management Portal, you are bound by the Department of Health Code of Conduct Policy and must only use the information in connection with your role. Staff must maintain a proper duty of care in terms of privacy, confidentiality, copyright, accuracy and timeliness of any information accessed from and distributed to external sources. Users must not inappropriately access or disclose confidential information or commercially sensitive material to an unauthorised third party.
